100% Bourbon vanilla paste

  • Smear apricot marmalade on the bottom of the crumb.
  • Place one of the bases of the dough on top of it and place around them an oiled ring sprinkled with icing sugar.
  • Spread out half the raspberry marmalade, fill with vanilla whipped cream and draw evenly.
  • Place a second base of baking pastry over which to distribute the remaining raspberry marmalade and vanilla whipped cream.
