- Portionise the filling into the deep frying oil with an ice cream ladle.
 - Turn occasionally during cooking.
 - Cooled balls fill and cover.
 - Decorate like a picture.
 - Baking:
 - Oil temperature: ~ 170 – 175 °C
 - Cooking time: ~ 6 – 7 minutes
