The customer has the option to order the desired quantity of goods from BALT-Hellin either by telephone or by using the WWW ordering system. The order must always indicate the desired item, assortment, quantity and delivery address. As a rule, a written supply contract is entered into between the customer and BALT-Hellin.

Ordering by phone:

• 8:30-17:00.
• Orders for the following day must be placed no later than 14:00 on the previous working day.

Ordering through Hellin-Direct e-shop:

• Open 24/7.
• Order for the following day no later than 14:00..
• By using our WWW e-shop, you get a 1% discount on the price list price (excluding discounted products).
• The order to be executed on next day, recorded-presented by you the day before 10:45 a.m., will give you an extra 1% discount on price list prices.
